We offer several shipping options in order to give you the best shipping rate possible! When you proceed to checkout, you will be given these options. Please keep in mind the following when choosing your shipping method:
Orders must be placed by 1PM EST to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1 PM EST may not ship until the next business day. Please note that estimated delivery times are based on business days which are considered Monday-Friday and do not include holidays.
**2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping options are currently available to 48 US States and the District of Columbia.
**2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping are currently not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and US territories.
Domestic Processing Times
For standard shipping: Once your order is successfully submitted, we will work hard to get your order packed and ready to ship to you. Most orders ship within 24 hours of when the order is placed. Once we package your items, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and your items should be in your hands in 3 to 5 additional business days! However, if you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will not ship out until Monday morning. Please keep this in mind if you need an item expedited to you quickly.
For 2 Day Shipping and Next Day Shipping: If you order is successfully submitted before 1 PM EST on business days (Monday-Friday), then we will work hard to get your order packed and shipped out to you that day! Then, our favorite mail carriers do their thing and it should be in your hands in 1 to 2 additional business days depending on the expedited option that you choose! Please keep in mind that 2 Day Shipping is NOT GUARANTEED, and can take up to 4 days to arrive, depending on the shipping destination.
We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
**Exception: Liquid perfumes are prohibited from being shipped by air service, therefore may require additional time for shipping by ground service.
In our efforts to reduce the amount of paper and plastic materials needed to ship your items to you, we make every attempt to REUSE SHIPPING MATERIALS that we receive from our wholesalers. You may notice a few worn edges or even a slight tear on the outside of the cardboard here or there. But don't worry, we ensure that your items are completely sealed and safe throughout the shipment process. We also hope to offset any cosmetic imperfections in the recycled materials by decorating our boxes with beautiful stamped designs that are one of a kind!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is successfully packed for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you have a user account, you can check the status of your order at anytime. You may also track your order from the bottom of our home page or by clicking here.

We need up to 1 business day to process and complete your order, but don't worry! You'll receive an email notification as soon as it's ready to go home with you!
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Making a change may delay when your order is ready for pickup, but it's our goal to make things right as soon as possible!
